The Compound keeps rocking with Metal Mondays starting off the week. Tuesday night it’s Karaoke with Jimmy P, and there’s live music all week. Friday, Jammn’ 94.5’s Hustle Simmons is in the club, and Saturday it’s MTV’s DJ Reckless and Supa spinnin’ the Compound remix with ladies free ‘til 11.
Breakaway Billiards is a great place to kick back any day of the week. They start out with a Pool League every Monday night, Tuesday it’s MDA Dart League B-1 Division along with a weekly Texas Hold ‘Em Card League starting promptly @ 7pm. Wednesday is a women’s dart league, and Thursday it’s Karaoke with Jimmy P. Friday and Saturday and Sunday there’s a 9-Ball Pool League plus more poker.
Vincent’s features Andy Cummings Tuesday night, Wednesday it’s Frank Morey and his band, Thursday it’s blues with Night Train, and Sunday from 5pm to 9pm it’s Have Blues, Will Travel with Jon Short.
At the Lucky Dog Music Hall Thursday night is Flock of A**holes with awesome 80s music. Wormtown Wednesday Open Mic continues and Monday night Karaoke with Punky and JPN is still the place to be.
Tammany Hall continues its Tuesday Night Open Mic with sign-ups starting early. Wednesday night is Poker Night beginning at 7pm. Live music is still the specialty of the house with performances all week long.
Creegan’s Pub’s dart leagues are Tuesday and Wednesday nights with a tournament on Sunday. Over at Ralph’s it’s Metal Thursdays the first and third Thursday of the month.
Thursdays at Club Red is an 18+ college dance party with DJ Xkaliber mixing the hottest in Top 40, hip hop, rock, R & B, mash-ups and the best old school, with doors opening at 10:30pm. Friday it’s Bongos in the Red Room with DJ Fahaldo playing Reggaeton, Bachata, Merengue, and Salsa, and in the Blu room it’s the Official Hip Hop Jump-Off with DJ Chuck Chillin. It’s Heaven and Hell Saturdays with DJ Hood-E in the Red room and DJ One-3 in the Blu room.
Over at the Irish Times, Tuesday Night Trivia is still drawing a crowd, along with the Spring Break Giveaway for College Night with karaoke and open mic downstairs and a live DJ upstairs at Rehab. Every Sunday at the Times it’s the Eastern Poker Tour beginning at 7pm. There’s a party in Rehab Wednesday through Saturday from 10pm to 2am and there’s live music downstairs.
At Barnone the weekend starts early with a dance party Thursday nights featuring DJ One-3 and DJ Hood-E, Friday night it’s a tribute to Old School in the DJ Booth with DJ Joe Rossi, and Sophistasexy Saturdays features the best in dance, Hip-Hop, and pop by request.
McGuire’s brings Karaoke to the bar every Saturday night from 9pm to close. Over at Bender’s Bar, Monday and Tuesday night it’s free wings, Wednesday is trivia with Punky and Kyle, and there’s music and dancing all weekend long.
The 80s Lounge offers 10 cent Wednesdays with 10 cent wings and tacos from 6-9pm.
At Funky Murphy’s, there’s 10 cent wings every Sunday and Monday night, and with the plasmas it’s a great place to watch all the football games. Terry Brennan sings Irish music Sunday nights as well, and the club is hopping all week long from 10pm ‘til 2am. And over at Jose Murphy’s, there’s 10 cent wings Monday night with plenty of football.
The Hotel Vernon features live music from local favorites on the First Friday of every month, and every Wednesday it’s open mic and time to get your drink on with Stacy and her dollar drafts.
Blu on Water Street begins there week with Tuesday night karaoke, Wednesdays it’s Martinis with Mama and a dance party, and Patrick Allen hosts Steam Room Dance Party Thursdays. The weekend brings High Voltage Friday nights with DJ Mike Electra, Stupid Saturdays with DJ Tony T and Sunday’s Lip Sync contest with your host Lady Sabrina and a dance party with Patrick Allen.
