Owned by Leon Saucier, former Struck Café chef and Tatnuck Country Club executive chef, the bistro serves homemade American classics. The interior of the space, which last housed the short lived Café Henri, has a warm atmosphere due in a large part to the expansive brick walls.

According to Jeremy O’Connor, Junior’s will be a full restaurant, offering specialty thin crust pizza, fish, traditional American sandwiches and burgers.
The average dinner will be in the $10 range with pizza costing around $7 or $8 and sandwiches about $6. Junior’s will provide a limited delivery service of pizza and sandwiches.
