“Vietnam Memorial Green Hill Park” by Andy Davis is one of the works on display at Let There Be Light

Worcester Windows latest exhibition in the community gallery, Let There Be Light, runs through Jan. 15.

Worcester Windows: Let There Be Light includes the work of seven artists working across a range of mediums that include led light installation, black and white and color photography, oil painting, ink drawing on paper and image transfers on plexi-glass. The Community Gallery footprint also includes the City Hall Gallery, at 455 Main St., where the Worcester Alliance of Photographers is showcasing works by 25 photographers in a related exhibition also titled Let There Be Light. For Worcester Windows, each artist was given free reign in his/her interpretation of the theme.

Worcester Windows is a community gallery program which uses storefronts throughout downtown Worcester as exhibit space to enhance the city’s downtown and to provide display opportunities for local emerging and established artists.
