Frank Carrier, former owner of Zipango, owes money to quite a few vendors that supplied items, such as food, to the resturant. He claims he is broke. I plan in filing a lawsuit for my money owed to me. Anyone trying to get your money back, his cell # is 508-633-1440. He never answers his work phone either but I will pay him a visit soon at his office to collect my money due me. My search shows that Frank made a good profit selling Zipango but decided to not pay his vendors, whom were good and honest to him when he ran the resturant. He is a cheat and a liar…. I demand my money due to me.
Frank Carrier can go to hell. He’s full of shit and never is honest with anyone. Anyone doing business with him, watch your back.
