Developed by Symrise master perfumer David Apel, Dark Kiss explores the rich and natural sophistication of the contemporary, sensual woman who is passionate, confident, chic and mysterious. “The idea of this alluring woman inspired me to create a daring, seductive blend fusing passion and temptation, illustrated in an oriental vanilla amber scent that sparkles with flirty forbidden fruits,” explains Apel. “The innocent obsession begins with a caress of sparkling Mirabelle plum and wild berries. Perilous dark blooms of peony and burgundy rose dance with forbidden amber, providing a feminine thread of sensuality. The exotic fragrance is cradled in a kiss of warm incense and vetiver, providing depth and mystery as tempting vanilla bean, rich woods and primal musks complete the provocative rendez-vous.”
