Just a quick update on Abmar Barbosa, one of the athletes from our March Fitness cover story. Abmar just took Silver in the 2nd biggest competition in the world, the Pan-American Championship (2800 competitors). His road to the final included wins over the top two favorites (Kron Gracie and Lucas Leite) to win the division. He beat both of them soundly. Though he came up just two points short in the final, people said it was one of the most impressive runs in the most stacked division in the competition. Congratulations, Abmar
