Blu Ultralounge has a jammed packed week this summer. Start things off right on Wed. with Karaoke. Thursdays keep things hot with the Steam Room Dance Party. High Voltage Friday Nights with Patrick Allen gets the weekend going, followed by Stupid Saturdays with DJ Tony T. Sunday night is Lady Sabrina’s Lip Sync contest and Dance Party with host Patrick Allen.
Be sure to ride over to the Irish Times on Wed. night for Bike Night and Karaoke. Thirsty Thursdays features solo artists Chris Reddy and Chad Clement. Both will alternate sets each week during the summer. Also check out Rehab Thursday nights for 18+ admissions, with DJ Soup and John Keenan. Get half off all appetizers during all Red Sox games. The weekend brings the best cover bands around Friday and Saturday nights, with free valet parking Thurs. through Sat. Dance the night away in Rehab, Worcester’s number one dance club three years running.
Vincent’s has a plethora of performers during the week. Come in Wed. night for Lowell native Frank Morey. Every Thursday 8-11 p.m. features Scott Reicciuti and Michael Thibodea. End your weekend with some blues from Have Blues, Will Travel with Jon Short from 5-8 p.m.
Tammany Hall still brings us the best in local live music ~ and the variety of bands playing there now is terrific. As if that weren’t enough, there’s also Tuesday Night Open Mic and Wednesday Night Poker (starting at 7 p.m.).
Creegan’s Pub has you covered midweek with dart leagues on Tues and Wed nights ~ a tournament every Sunday. But stop by any night of the week for billiards!
Know lots of stuff? The Benders Bar’s Saturday Nights Trivia with Punky and Kyle is for you ~ don’t forget there’s music and dancing all weekend long.
Want to dance? Every Thurs night it’s an 18+ college dance party at Club Red with the best in Top 40, hip hop, rock, mash-ups, R & B, and old school. Also enjoy the new summer hit Black Pearl Thursdays. Doors open at 10:30 p.m. so bring your school ID and get reduced admissions. Fri. nights in the Red Room feature Bongos with DJ Fahaldo (get ready for Reggaeton, Bachata, Merengue, and Salsa.) and the Blu Room presents the Official Hip Hop Jump-Off with DJ Chuck Chillin. Get extra sexy on Sinful Saturdays, when showing some skin will get you in.
McGuire’s brings Karaoke to the bar every Sat night from 9 p.m. to close, so get ready to show what you can do.
Every Wednesday at Barnone it’s DJ 1 3 and DJ Hoodie tag teaming old school and mash-ups. On Thursdays it’s Art Beatz, stepping up to the DJ table. Every Fri. its’ Old School Tribute and on Saturdays, get ready for “The 1 N’ Only DJ Tony Rossi.”
Summer is here so we can love Mondays again ~ so come celebrate with Karaoke Monday Nights with Punky at The Lucky Dog! The fun starts at 9 p.m. Come back on Wormtown Wednesdays for Open Mic, and then catch Flock of A**holes on stage every Thursday night and The Sunset Strippers on Sunday night (with special openers).
