It has been a busy year this year, so I figured I’d help you all out with one less step this holiday season and provide you all with a gift guide. This isn’t just any old gift guide, this is Worcester sports related. All things Worcester, all things sports. Hopefully this will take a little stress out of your holiday shopping. You’re welcome!

  • The Worcester Railers have a ton of great new hoodies, jackets, and sweaters to stay warm on the ice or off. They are soft, comfortable and stylish. Whether you’ve been a fan since the start or are going to your first game, these garments are perfect for any Worcester resident.
  • Still can’t embrace the Railers and miss the Ice Cats? Well Worcester Wares are selling stickers of the Ice Cats logo. Not a sticker kind of person? The Worcester hardcore band Foxfires are selling t-shirts with the logo on them as well!
  • I don’t care what you think or if you even knew about them but the ABA basketball team the Worcester Majors’ gear is TOUGH. Their hats, shirts, the logo all of it looks so good. Even if you don’t go to the games (which you should) you gotta rock their gear!
  • Sure, the Worcester Pirates are leaving Worcester and heading on up to Lowell to play at the Agganis Arena. But They are still selling their 2021 United Bowl Champions pennants and bumper stickers. Didn’t know they won? Even better you can make it a surprise collector’s item for any of your Worcester sports fans.
  • The Worcester Red Sox! My buddy Larry said he’s sick of owning a baseball team that he just moved to Worcester. There was an offer for the team from a California firm for $50 million a couple of years ago, so that seems to be roughly the going price. If you want, I’ll start a crowdfund and maybe the whole city can own it like the Green Bay Packers do?

There you go! This is a pristine Worcester sports list. Get one, get them all. There is something for everybody here. And, as a tip you can email me at woocomedyweek@gmail.com for my address if you’re thinking about getting me a gift. Have a wonderful holiday and a happy new year!
