Come Together and celebrate the Beatles with an all-star night of special guests playing the music of the Fab 4 from 1962-1969 in chronological order! All proceeds will go to Fitchburg Music for Youth, which offers free/reduced music lessons in the Burg.

All musicians are donating their time, performing for free, celebrating the Beatles for one night only at the second annual Come Together concert. There will be more than nine bands performing, including Dan Cormier, of Fitchburg, the organizer of the event.

“Besides my set, I’ll be performing a few songs with each group! When I organized this last year, I had no idea that we would get the response that we did. This is without a doubt the grooviest night of the year, if not all time ” Cormier said in a prepared statement.

Also, performing will be New Pond Fondle, Caves on Mars, Girouard, Mark Marquis and Lizzy Marquis, The Glass Onion Quartet, Sean Daley & The Hooligans, Our So-Called Live Music, Monica McNamara and Friends, New Soul Review and other special guests.

There will also be a canned food drive held at the event.

Come Together will be held at the Saturday, Dec. 29, at the Fitchburg Senior Center (a.k.a. The Armory), 14 Wallace Ave., Fitchburg. Doors open at 5 p.m., show starts at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 (free for children younger than 10) and are available at City Music in Leominster and at The Armory. Cash bar; food available on site.
