If you’ve never been to Seattle, or if you’ve been but never stayed at The Edgewater Hotel, you have no idea what you’re missing. Everything The Edgewater does is beyond four-star and will exceed your wildest expectations. It’s luxurious, offers exceptional views, caters to its guests’ needs with impeccable service, and prepares absolutely amazing meals.

The hotel was built in 1962 for the World’s Fair, along with the Space Needle.

You may not feel like leaving your room, but if you get the urge to explore, it’s a short walk to Seattle?s Pike Place Market, the trendy Belltown neighborhood, the downtown financial district, Seattle Center ~ which features the Space Needle, the Victoria Clipper, Washington State Ferries, the adjacent Myrtle Edwards Park and Olympic Sculpture Park ~ as well as many other landmarks, waterfront shops, restaurants, and places of interest are all within 5 minutes of the hotel.

The Edgewater’s concierge will be happy to assist you in planning activities during your visit.

ROCK – N- ROLL HISTORY

In its early years, The Edgewater Hotel was named the Edgewater Inn and Camelot. The hotel is the only over-water and waterfront hotel in the Seattle area. Since then, this boutique hotel has earned a place in history as host to some of the most well-known names in music ~ including The Beatles during their visit in 1964 during the height of Beatlemania, Led Zeppelin, who had an impromptu soccer game in the lobby with a front desk employee instead of signing her soccer ball, plus KISS, Blondie, the Rolling Stones, and Frank Zappa amongst others.
