Kim Divine just released her new EP Five to the world on 1/24 after celebrating at a special EP & music video release party on 1/21 in LA where she premiered her first-ever music video for “Perfect Kind of Love,” which was featured in “One Tree Hill.”

Kim wrote all five tracks on the EP, produced by Bill Lefler (Gym Class Heroes, Ingrid Michaelson, Dashboard Confessional). To stream all of Five, head to soundcloud at soundcloud.com/kimdivine/sets/five. The CD will be available on iTunes on 1/24.

THE 5 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT KIM DIVINE’S NEW EP FIVE

1. Track one on the EP (“Perfect Kind of Love”) was featured in an episode of the hit show “One Tree Hill” in May 2011.

2.  Track three (“Easy on Me”) was one of three finalists in the John Lennon Songwriting Competition and a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition.

3. Kim wrote all songs on the EP and recorded with producer Bill Lefler (Gym Class Heroes, Ingrid Michaelson, Dashboard Confessional, Cary Brothers) in Los Angeles.

5. Fans helped fund the Five release by supporting the project on Kickstarter.
