Brochu Walker, known for their chic, effortless pieces, is expanding with a line of basics that

are designed to be worn 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

When launching in 2008, Lisa Brochu and Lauren Walker identified a void in the market for a

collection built on the principal of layering and wrapping. Their color palettes are always neutral

with a bold accent and luxurious fabrics. Crisp cottons, warm cashmeres, soft knits, and

rumpled woven pieces are the cornerstones of Brochu Walker. “We play a lot with texture,

tonality, varied proportion, and classic silhouettes with unexpected details,” explains Lisa.

The trendsetting duo has used the same sensibility to create 247.365, a capsule collection of

popular Brochu Walker styles created in softer, more casual bodies- sumptuous draped

tees in lightweight jersey, updated french terry sweats, and sleek cotton/modal tee shirt

dresses. The clean color palette of black, white, and grey is enhanced with seasonal colors of

dusty pink, raisin, khaki, and spice red to add warmth.

“We had always intended for Brochu Walker to be a head to toe layering collection and we

realized that the tees and other basic pieces are able to stand on their own, creating a mix-and-

match collection that fits easily within Brochu Walker and with every other piece in a

woman’s closet,” say Lisa and Lauren.

In addition to launching the 247.365 capsule collection, Brochu Walker will also be adding

ecommerce to their website for Spring 2011. Brochu Walker is available in top retailers such

as Saks Fifth Avenue, Madison, P45, Tootsies, Louis Boston, ShopBop, and many more.

Celebrity fans include Jennifer Aniston, Anna Paquin, Leann Rimes, and Halle Berry. The

Brochu Walker main line retails between $115 – $385, while the 247.365 capsule collection

ranges from $55 – $225.
