Here comes the latest look being sported by Ms. Bad Romance herself: peppery blue, white and black tie-dye strands mixed into her silvery-based locks…
What You’ll Need
Remember how we told you about Streekers hair color (www.streekers.com) as part of our October on-line Style and Beauty section? Well, first you’re going to want to have Streekers blue and green on-hand. Then you’ve got to get TouchBack, available at www.touchbackgray.com ~ it’s the first real hair real hair color in a marker. TouchBack’s mistake-proof marker delivers true, temporary hair color instantly. The pocket-sized marker makes for easy application when you want it, where you want it. Unlike mascara, crayons, gels, and powders, TouchBack won’t flake or rub off with brushing. TouchBack bonds to the hair and stays true until shampooed out. Gentle ingredients ~ no harsh chemicals like ammonia or peroxide ~leave hair looking and feeling natural.
How to Do It
Start at the roots and separate sections that are 1/4 to 1/2 inch away from your part and hairline. Color the first 3-inch section of your hair using TouchBack in Rich Black. Next, paint Blue Streekers in 3-inch sections starting with the middle section, and then skip down to the tips of your hair. You can mix Blue and Green at the bottom tips to mimic Lady Gaga’s ombre style. Lastly, color random strands of the bottom section with the TouchBack marker to get the full “Gaga” affect.
The blue dye at the end of her strands are also keeping up with this season’s trend: heavily dyed tips are the new alternative to all-over highlights.
TouchBack is available in: Rich Black, Ash Blonde, Dark Brown, Golden Blonde, Medium Brown, Light Auburn, Light Brown, Dark Auburn.
