It’s the time of year when we should all reflect on the things for which we’re most thankful ~ family, friends, our health, and…yummy cocktails! Here are two that are perfect for the Thanksgiving season.
The CORZO Pilgrimage
1 part Corzo Silver Tequila
3 parts Martini-Rossi Prosseco
3/4 parts honey syrup*
1/4 parts fresh lemon juice
1/4 of a ripe pear
Process: In a mixing glass, muddle the pear in the honey syrup and lemon juice. Then add Corzo Tequila and shake well with ice. Strain into chilled champagne flute and top with Prosseco. Garnish with a pear slice and freshly grated nutmeg,
Yamazaki Autumn Delight
2 oz Yamazaki 12 year old
6 oz Apple Cider
Fresh cinnamon
Process: Shake and strain into an ice filled glass. Dust with fresh cinnamon. Garnish with 2 apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
