Besides their love of music, rock stars have a soft spot for our four legged furry friends. With the help from so many artists and actors with their charitable donations of instruments and signed memorabilia, FUR & FEATHER ANIMAL SANCTUARY comes closer to breaking ground in the next year for the first fully solar and wind powered, no-kill animal sanctuary. The sanctuary will also provide the community with a low-cost animal clinic, education and cultural center.

It was worn on the Ultra Zone tour in the late 90’s, HALLOWEEN 2’s movie prop w/ signed Michael Myers photo from TYLER MANE, and a Schecter Diamond Series Delux guitar signed by ALL the mainstage bands from OZZfest 2006 including OZZY, ZAKK WYLDE, BLS, HATEBREED, DISTURBED, LACUNA COIL, SYSTEM OF A DOWN, 2 signed Ibanez guitars one from PAUL GILBERT and one from STEVE VAI, an Ernie Ball bass signed by BLASKO from Ozzy Osbourne’s band, and a Schecter Diamond Series guitar signed by horror Icons TYLER MANE (Michael Myers/Halloween 1&2) and DEREK MEARS (Jason Voorhees/Friday the 13th).

Our goal is empty cages and forever homes.

Fur & Feather Animal Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3), is organized exclusively for charitable, and educational purposes, more specifically for helping homeless and un-wanted animals with medical care, adoption in a no-kill safe environment, fight against animal cruelty, educate the public on the importance of spay/neuter, the basic care of animals, and the rehabilitation of wildlife.

We have only just begun and need your support ~ our goal is to build no-kill shelters in California where high-kill shelters still exist and animal cruelty runs. We are currently fundraising to buy land and build homes where animals can live in healthy surroundings until they are adopted. This environment will protect and allow all animals to live to see their full potential.

We are truly inspired by the amazing work of Best Friends Animal Society and want to bring that exceptional love and kindness to California.

MISSION

To protect the health and safety of animals by providing charitable assistance in our no-kill shelter for all animals. Bestow daily care, rehabilitate homeless, displaced, or injured animals; to find such animals’ good homes; and to educate the public as to how to bring about a time when the shelters are only empty cages and unwanted animals will never be destroyed needlessly.
