Now that the weather is warm and school is out, our thoughts can turn to fun, fun, and nothing but fun!

Funky Murphys is bringing the live music, with Jediah every Wednesday night and Terry Brennan on Sunday nights. Sunday and Monday are also 10-cent wings nights.

Over at the Irish Times, Tuesday Night Trivia with Casey is going strong. Wednesday night is karaoke night and DJ Soup spins upstairs at Rehab’s 18+ nights. Thirsty Thursdays features Terry Brennan, and Johnny Mac is at Rehab on Fridays. Saturdays feature some of the areas best cover bands downstairs and there’s dancing up at Rehab.

Club Red 1888 brings the crowds for Thursday’s 18+ college night with DJ Xkaliber featuring Top 40, hip hop, rock, r&b, and old school, and Friday it’s Bongos in the Red Room with DJ Fahaldo playing Reggaeton, Bachata, Merengue, and Salsa, and The Official HipHop Jumpoff with DJ Chuck Chillin in the BLU room. Saturday is Heaven and Hell night with DJ Hood-e in the Red room and DJ One-3 in the Blu room.

At Lucky Dog, Karaoke Mondays keep on chugging, and local favorite Wormtown Wednesdays’ open mic continues. Thursdays feature cover band and crowd pleaser Mullethead, and Sunday it’s dancing and crazy hairdos as Flock of A**holes takes the stage.

The Compound hosts Tuesday Night Karaoke with Jimmy, and every Wednesday is their very own open mic night with Bean. In the club on Fridays it’s crowd favorite MTV’s DJ Reckless, and Saturday Jamn 94.5’s Hustle Simmons spins the newest hip hop and R & B.

Tammany Hall hosts a Tuesday night open mic; Wednesday is college night with Sam James & Dusty Cobb and $1 drafts and Jell-o shots. Thursday night it’s Mike and Pat McCann Presents and Friday after work Dave Brunyak and Jeff Mayer entertain.

McFadden’s has the Red Sox on the big screen all season long with chances to win great prizes every time a Sox player hits a home run.

Friday nights at Bar None bring an Old School Dance Party with DJ XKaliber featuring 80s and 90s pop, dance and hip hop, and SophistaSexy Saturdays heats up with DJ Joe Rossi.

Bender’s Bar offers free wings every Monday and Tuesday night, karaoke on Sunday nights, and open mic on Wednesdays. Thursday it’s Mix it up with DJ Bobby J, and Friday is Dance Party night with host JP and the shot girls.

Seven Lounge features karaoke every Thursday night with DJ Brian Plouffe, and dancing and DJs every Saturday and Sunday.

Over at Voodoo it’s college night every Thursday, and 18+ International Night on Friday. Saturday features top 40 dance, and Sunday night is Reggae Fusion.
