Wings over Worcester. Wings over Worcester, a new fast food franchise specializing in wings and ribs, will be opening soon in Kelly Square. The Springfield-based company has stores in most college towns in the Northeast as well as in the South and the Midwest ~ so you just know their ribs and wings will be great. Happy 60th. Harry’s Restaurant in Westboro recently celebrated its 60th year in business. The original Harry’s was located in the White City East Plaza in the current Dunkin Donuts space. The late night eatery used to serve some of the best sandwiches around. They moved to their present Westboro location over 35 years ago. Today the restaurant is well known not only for its sandwiches but also for its fried seafood.

Billy Goat to Belfry. When the Billy Goat Beanery, owned by the Johns family, closed last year, it left a hole in the efforts to revitalize Quinsigamond Village. The Greek/ American restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Seoul Leecci to Move. Seoul Lecci, a Korean restaurant located on Main Street in downtown Worcester, is about to be sold. Rumor has it that the restaurant will be moving to the Shrewsbury area, possibly a more fertile ground for a Korean restaurant. O’Connor’s to Expand. O’Connor’s Restaurant on 1160 West Boylston Street in Worcester will be expanding once again. The Irish-themed eatery owned by Brendan and Claire O’Connor will be undergoing its fourth expansion since its opening. In last month’s Hot & Now, we incorrectly listed information about Tribeca, the new restaurant opening in the former Amore Café space:  The owners are Steven Greene and Brian Dugan and both are from Shrewsbury.  We apologize for the error! And since our April issue went to press, it’s been announced that ~ after some remodeling and the installation of an elevator ~ the first floor of Tribeca will house a bistro and the second floor will offer fine dining.
