ArtsWorcester presents The Fifteenth Annual College Show, a selection of work created by students throughout the greater Worcester area. From over two hundred and forty submissions, curator Sam Toabe selected over 80 works in traditional and new media, including sculpture, video, print, painting, and photography. An opening reception will be held on Friday, February 1, 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Awards, which come with cash prizes, will be announced at the opening reception. Refreshments that evening will be provided by Cafe Reyes.

ABOUT ARTSWORCESTER

ArtsWorcester engages artists and the public to sustain and celebrate contemporary art. Each year, ArtsWorcester produces twenty exhibitions across three venues that are free and open to the public and exhibits the work of 300 emerging and established artists. Artist members take advantage of professional development through workshops, consultations, and critiques. Public programming is available to the community through events such as Teen Nights, artist talks, the annual College Show, and gallery tours.

VISITING ARTSWORCESTER

ArtsWorcester receptions and gallery hours are free to the public. Free parking is available during gallery openings in the paved lots belonging to the Freemasons, at the corner of Ionic and Beacon Street. Gallery hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 12PM – 4PM
