There’s a familiar chill in the air. Hockey season is back, and the Worcester Railers are ready! The Worcester Railers are celebrating Railers 2.0 Opening Night on Saturday, Oct. 20, at the DCU Center against the Maine Mariners.

“We created an atmosphere last season that made the DCU Center a very tough building to play in and look forward to another huge crowd on opening night. Don’t miss out!” Mike Myers, Railers Hockey Club president, said.

The doors open at 5:30 p.m. There will be player introductions and a celebration of more than 150 youth hockey players before the puck drops at 7:05 p.m. During the first intermission, Quick Change Magic Act featuring David and Dania (seen on America’s Got Talent) will perform.

The first of Saturday Night Signings will take place opening night, as well. Fans can get autographs from Railers players during the second intermission of every Saturday night game. On opening night the Worcester Blades, Worcester’s professional women’s hockey team, will be in attendance for autographs, too.
