Wah-Bo is amazing. I have been eating there to make weight for competitions. They have great food and also have a huge selection of gear, supplements, along with a staff that knows thei stuff about all they sell. I highly suggest you check it out.

Stopped for lunch with my husband. Delicious! "Air Fries" were unbelieveably good. Among the best fries - of any kind - we've ever had. I wanted to try a Bison Burger but couldn't pass up the #43, Fajita Burrito with chicken ($5.79). Flavors were great, not too spicy, but not bland. Burrito was full of well mixed, fresh greens, cheese, a bit of sour cream (perfect amount) peppers and onions, and black beans with their fabulous salsa. Loved it! Husband got the #21 The Perfect Chik; BBQ chicken, caramellized onion, American cheese, lettuce and tomato ($4.79). He splurged and got a side of Air Fries (64 cents) which were awesome. The woman who took our order was patient and very friendly and the food was ready very quickly. Restaurant was clean, with a nice decor for a seat-yourself, order-at-the-counter type of place. We live a couple of hours away from Wah-Bo but when we visit Shrewsbury again in a few months we'll definitely stop at Wah-Bo!
